PRODUCT
Our experienced Engineering Department has
designed molds ranging from 1 to 8 cavities, 2 ounces to 5-liters, handleware
and even molds with window striping. From the initial idea to fast sketch
to engineering drawings to finished mold - Ocean State Packaging can design
and manufacture a container to meet your specific needs.
Many
of our molds are constructed to produce containers in a variety of materials
including high and low density Polyethylene, Polypropylene, PVC, PET, Barex
and Co-extrusion. Our wide manufacturing experience eliminates costly trial-and-error
experimentation.
Ocean
State Packaging provides the latest technology in high-speed, automatic UV silk
screening, semi-automatic conventional silk screening and the attractive richness
of hot stamping. In addition, we provide pressure-sensitive, poly-sleeve and
therimage labeling.
All
of our molds contain the material code symbols and letter identification to
serve as the verification of the material used. Environmental laws governing
the use of plastic materials are constantly changing. We continually monitor
the regulations regarding post consumer resins (PCR) with our suppliers - making
certain that all of our products are in compliance.
